How do I know which service to choose from?


This all depends on your needs. I'll work with you individually to sort out what you are specfically looking for based on the requested service.




How long does it take for you to reach out about my service request?


Following your booking, you will receive an immidate confirmation in your email box regarding the service you requested, and also a breif message about a follow up email regarding an invoice for the half down deposit if the service requires a deposit. Once you pay the deposit, your spot is secured. I'll email within the 24 hour range, and provide additional steps towards the day of your requested service. If you have booked a service a week in advance, I'll send a reminder email to you.




Can I see my resume/cv and cover letter before I purchase?


Yes! I will be in constant communication with you throughout the entire process. There is a limit of 3 drafts for these services. Each additional request will be an upcharge. Throughout the process, I'll send a drafted version, and you'll just let me know you want to purchase.




How does the 101 session work?


Career 101 sessions work either virtually, or in person depending on the location. If you request a virtual session, well will communicate via Skype or Google hangeouts. Make sure you have an account set up with either for a connection. If conducted in person, I will communicate with you my location, and the following time you requested for the time allowated.




What are the grounds for refunds?


Unfortunatlly, are services are non-refundable. *NOTE: If I am in process of working on your service, and you do not pay the due balence in full, working drafts do not constitute a refund.




What if I am not satisfied with the resume/cv or cover letter?


Once the final version of the resume or cover letter is delivered, I can not issue a refund. However, I strongly recommend you express any questions, concerns or comments to help you find a resolution.
