PURPOSE

To get started, you'll need to fill out the questionnaire to see if I'll be a good fit for your branding request. The questionnaire takes about 5 minutes to complete. This gives me an idea of what you are looking for in a requested service. This is the time to get  specific and know what you really want from this journey. Once you fill out this form you'll receive an email within 48-72 hours about approval.

Once you are approved, you'll receive an email about next steps and setting up a discovery phone call regarding your requested service. The discovery call can last up to two hours depending on the nature of the project you requested. Our consultation will consist of a brand audit, a strategy, and action plan for the completion of the project. A link for the consultation will be sent to you via email along with a invoice of a 30% deposit that will be used towards your project. 

At the end of our consultation, you'll be sent a contract agreement to the terms regarding your project. It must be signed within 5-7 business days.

Your project deadline will be located in your contract. Over the weeks prior to completion, you will be communicating with me bi-weekly. As a client you are expected to view your member portal for any updates in reference to your project. 

Turn Around times can vary depending on the project completion date.
