HOW DOES THE DESIGN PROCESS WORK?
There is an application form you must submit prior to the designer working on your project. After that, we’ll you'll receive confirmation to set up a consultation call. Some design orders may require more information from you. If that is the case, I'll will email you a form to complete. Using the info provided by you, I'll work on the designs and send them to you before your due date. Next, I'll finalize and complete. Choose the best choice, or make changes until approved. I'll then send you your final files.

WHAT PLATFORM DO YOU USE TO DESIGN, CREATE AND EDIT?
I design exclusively on Wix. If you’re new to the platform, we’ll discuss the platform during your initial consult. Additionally for designs, I use Canva, Adobe Illustrator, & Photoshop
HOW DO I EDIT MY WEBSITE AFTER THE SERVICE IS COMPLETE?
You’ll get a 60-minute one-on-one live training session which I will show you how to make the edits and changes on your website.
WHAT’S THE TURNAROUND TIME?
The normal turnaround time frame can very for your request. For revamping websites it can take up to 3-6 weeks. For new custom websites it can take 3-8 weeks.
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
All digital products including ebooks, or instant downloads are final sale. No refunds will be issued.
JR Branding Co. or the client can choose to terminate the project at any time if it is not a good fit. If either party does agree to terminate the project, the client will still be responsible for half the service fees IF the designer did not begin the project already. IF the designer did begin the project, the client will be responsible for the TOTAL COST of the project, no exceptions! My time is valuable.
